This was the first thing I sewed! Weee! I did it back in my sewing course days, so it's extra-carefully made with lots of double seams and stuff.. ;-)
The pattern for this was Burda 2566, one I still like to work with:

The cape is made from cotton/synthetic blend fabric that was recommended for sewing beginners because it's easy to work with ^_^ ... but it's also a very comfortable fabric. The clasp - the one you can hardly see, but believe me, it's there ^_^ - is made of wool.

Unfortunately these pics were taken by night, and I have this problem with my eyes that always makes me look a bit...ehm, spooky So don't you worry...I'm all okay...most of the time...muahahaha...^_~
